Recipes from Braces Cookbook Fans Corn Pudding, sent in by Mallory, age 11, Broad Brook, CT 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn un-drained 1 16 oz can creamed corn un-drained 2 eggs beaten 1 cup sour cream 1 stick butter melted 1 pkg corn muffin mix 1. Grease a 12 x 8 inch pan. 2. Mix all ingredients together, Pour into pan. 3. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Less for a more pudding-like consistency, more for a cake-like texture |
